Devern ryder is the owner he does absolutely no maintenance. You can see daylight thru your floor I have a freind who lives there and is now trapped because of high rents. They have requested repairs for a few items for over 3 years. All the maintenance that is done is just a bandaid he is actually costing tenants money by his negligence and increases the rent yearly places leak costs 700 dollars for power he does not properly vet people I'd add photos for proof but then he would know who I am talking about and evict them nb power needs to penalize him for not taking care of the property he makes strait profit from trailers that he just managed to gobble up. Not a nice man at all

It would be a great trailer park, the only thing I see is a problem is the roads. They are unsafe and do a lot of damage to vehicles...They NEED to be fixed!!!!!!
