Ingenuity, know-how and the equipment to bring them to life are in the Harley family’s DNA. The first gas well was drilled in an Ohio oil field in 1884, and we’ve been proud to be part of that legacy since 1937! Now being run by third and fourth-generation Harleys, we manage oil wells and natural gas wells that we own and operate—ranging from 400 to 6,000 feet deep — as well as service commercial customers and landowners who own their own wells all over the state. We also act as consultants to folks wishing to acquire an oil and gas well. Oil field services range from drilling and excavation to site preparation and restoration. Other services include workover rigs, repair and maintenance of downhole pumps, well swabbing, water hauling, well treating, pipeline construction and repair, well hookup, roustabout services, spill cleanup, frac tank rental, mud pump rental, power swivel rental and half tak rental. Through oil field services, our extensive fleet of specialized service rigs can solve a diversity of issues, as well as safely and securely plug abandoned wells and create new ones through well drilling. As a seasoned oil field service company, we have experience with both conventional (vertical) wells and unconventional (horizontal) wells. The equipment we’ve added through the decades as an oil field service provider has made Harley Drilling a one-stop-shop in the oil and gas field. Our goal is to get you back up and running as quickly as possible and help your wells produce at their premium output. Over the years, the family began to do excavation work, including building pad construction, land clearing, driveway installation, post hole digging (18-foot and 24-foot) and drainage work.
