As a newcomer to the field the owner made me feel used and that she just wanted my money. As a professional myself, she acted extremely unprofessional and uncaring. I will be going to another agency.

and Benita is amazingly wonderful!! and lets not froget charming!
the staf are so nice and charming!
and the salon is beautiful, in nutrul tones of browns and bages!

My daughter took modelling with Charm Plus in Sudbury Ontario. It was good except for the one teaching it. Bonita yells and nags continously. During some lessons my daughter states Bonita yelled and nagged for over 1/2 an hour and taught the class with the remainder of the time. When taking part in a fashion or hair show Bonita stresses the importants of being on time but she is personally always late. Most things she teaches she does not practice. Very poor roll model.
