Wouldn't let me turn in my scrap metal, because I was on foot. Never heard of this rule in other cities and states where I've lived. Used my last $2 to get there on the bus. And had about 100lbs of cast aluminum. Many miles from home.

They do not buy Catalytic Converters even though the website says so. Gas wasted

The folks at Liberty are always helpful and friendly. They make it quick to drop off. Prices are good and they’re open when others are not. Thanks for your help Howard , looking forward to continuing to do business with Liberty.

Found Liberty just by chance with a Google search since the first place we went to was closed for the week. First time dropping off scrap metal (hurricane shutters), so we didn’t know what to expect or how things worked. It was quick, organized, and seamless. They quoted a price over the phone, and communication was clear and friendly. We were there all of 5 minutes, cashed out, and left. 10 minutes later, Liberty called because they accidentally underpaid us. They immediately rectified it, and we would never have known if they hadn’t called. This type of honesty is practically nonexistent today. We will be customers for life based on this one experience. Thank you, Liberty, for the honest and respectful way you treat customers!
