I was curious about their 5 star rating and happy to say the company as a whole, lived up to it. Rance went above and beyond as he explored different suppliers in order to get parts for my toilets in the shortest time possible. He was very knowledgeable in the subject matter and even gave feedback on other issues he observed about other plumbing matters. I was also impressed when I called in and Ryan was able to identify me by my first name. Overall I am highly satisfied with the services rendered.

Ian and his team did a wonderful job. I had a lot of plumbing needs in my 100+ year old house and they were great about keeping me informed during the process. They have all been very professional and polite and knowledgeable. Thanks so much for a job well done.

Mycah & Hunter did a great job installing our new water filtration & water softener system. All the plumbing work was completed attractively. They worked with us & the Tennessee Standard office to make the installation work within our property needs! We also had Declan & Thomas install a tankless hot water heater, replacing our original tank. They were so careful removing equipment & thorough in explaining the new system!! Great job!!

This was an amazing job done with exceptional skill. Dymtrov’s diagnostic skill was very helpful in determining the upstairs leak in my toilet. Can’t say enough about how professional and expert this company’s staff is. Even helped me get my dehumidifier in place to dry out the floor. Highly recommend!

Dustin and Rance did an outstanding job replacing my hot water heater. They were knowledgeable, efficient and affable. Clean up after was outstanding and better than when they started. Also they were timely as this was an emergency of sorts since the tank was leaking all over my floor.
A superior job by two great plumbers!
Thank you TN Standard plumbing
