In response to a previous negative review, I appreciate the team reaching out (Dr Jimenez and NP Veronica). My mother had concerns and issues about her care and they reached out to her and eased her issues. Thank you, I understand we are all stressed and everyday is a work in progress.

I would put negative stars if it was possible. Horrible place to go for health care. The call center is no help with any questions. You can not call the doctors office directly. You need to go in person everytime to get something straighten out. Went in for my annual check up which is free, and waited for 2 hrs to see the doctor. The doctor asked me some questions, gave me some medicine, and said they would give me a referral for a specialist. Went to the front to get my referral, and they said they were going to call the doctors office and set me up with an appt. They have doctors they coordinate with. 2 months later and I still don't have an appt. Went to go pick up my medicine at the drug store, which I told the 3 times about, and they sent it to a drug store on the other side of town. It took 2 days to get my medicine, because the other drug store had already ran the insurance for the meds. They also said my next visit would be with the doctor doctor and they set me up with another NP. To top it all off, they charge me for the annual check up, because I answered the doctors questions, and said yes to the medicine and referral he was giving me. I would not recommend unless you got nothing better to do then to be on the phone with the call center trying to get thing straighten out. Worse experience ever.

Dr Anchondo and his assistant are absolutely great!!! Everyone is so attentive! They truly put their patients first! Definitely recommend this location to everyone.
