Always great service and food at the 29th location. The staff is always so friendly. David helped us recently and was very helpful and knowledgable. Always love our Monday’s at Wing Shack.

Keela and Nathaniel were exceptional! They got our food out quickly, and when there was a minor mistake, they corrected it right away with no issues. They were both friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great experience from start to finish. Great customer service overall. we’ll definitely be back!

Wing Shack has been a staple for me for as long I can remember, but today something stood out enough for me to finally write a review. His name is Jimi. His tremendous customer service through out the phone order and payment in the store was incredibly genuine. Wings were amazing as always. Visit this Wing Shack and if you’re fortunate enough to chat with Jimi, I can promise you’ll leave with a smile!

My wife, my son and me came for dinner. The dining room was extremely clean. David was at the front counter and greeted us as soon as we walked in. His customer service was top notch! Im old school and always appreciate good customer service because it is almost non existent anywhere you go nowadays. When we finished he even came over to our table and offered to clear it off for us. Very nice guy!!!

Food was delicious!!!! Will definitely be back!!!!

We are regular Monday customers and love our experience at this location each week! David took our order at the counter and really knew the menu and the products that Wing Shack offers. He was on point with up selling and friendly service. The manager Jessica came out and visited with us at our table and was very welcoming. You can assure we will be back and highly recommend this place to our friends!!
