Best ice cream chain in the US. I have been to multiple locations and they always deliver the same quality and taste. Nothing comes close. I love how they mix in all the toppings with big spoons.
I always get the oreo overload and substitute oreos for a brownie. They have the best brownies.
I bet their ice cream cakes are really good too but I haven't got the chance to try them yet. The cales come in multiple sizes and only some stores carry the smallest size that is good for 2-4 people

This was my second bad experience at this Cold Stone location within a month, and I'm extremely disappointed. The two girls working there were not welcoming at all and came across as rude and uninterested in helping customers. Customer service is just as important as the ice cream, and unfortunately, this location completely missed the mark.

If you're looking for a much better experience, I highly recommend the Blakeney location. The staff there are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel valued as a customer. I hope management addresses the customer service issues at this location because it's not acceptable to have the same negative experience twice in such a short time.

I’ve recently came in and it was the best experience I ever had. I’ve recently gotten the Chocolate devotion and I loved it. The workers are extremely nice and friendly and the place was very clean. And I’ve recently had an amazing interaction with Emily and Kristen was super friendly.

As a frequent patron, I’ve always enjoyed visiting this shop with my son. However, I recently had a very disheartening experience regarding a misplaced personal water bottle.

When I returned to retrieve it, the staff was dismissive and insisted I was being dishonest about the item, despite my providing receipts and proof of my visit. It was only after I escalated the matter to management and they reviewed their security footage that they confirmed the bottle was indeed mine.

While management was ultimately helpful in verifying the facts, the experience of being treated with such suspicion and disbelief was truly regrettable. I have chosen not to reclaim the item, as I hope it serves as a reminder that respect and trust are just as important as the service provided. I truly value the quality of this shop, but this interaction has made it difficult to feel like a welcome customer.

I had such a great experience at Cold Stone Creamery! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff was incredibly pleasant, patient, and attentive, making sure everything was just right.

A special thank you to Nancy, the owner, who truly sets the tone for the entire place. She was so kind, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.

Everything tasted so fresh and delicious. The ice cream was creamy, the mix-ins were high quality, and everything was prepared perfectly right in front of me. It’s rare to find a place where both the product and the service are this consistent and enjoyable.

I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend stopping by if you want great service and amazing treats!
