I have been a patient of this clinic for mammy many years. The service has been acceptable. My problem is with the new answering service they recently got. My experience with them has had been horrible to say the least. I have been placed on hold for 30, 45 minutes at any given time and never transferred to speak to an office attendant. They can’t answer my questions and when I ask to he transferred to the office they put me on hold. This is unacceptable. Why get an answering service when they are useless and cause more anxiety than necessary. I’m sure I’m not the only one having these issues.
When I mentioned it to the doctor she said they would take care of the problem. But nothing has been done. Very frustrating to see people like this and being treated like we don’t matter.
