This doctor and his entire staff placed lies in my chart to force me out of a place where I was safe from my own internal thoughts and plans. This doctor and his team are why people are afraid and ashamed to seek help for mental health. I was never invited and never knew I could attend treatment team, yet it was stated I refused. I am also disabled, yet nothing was offered to allow me to function as much as possible. I no longer trust this doctor…it should be about LISTENING and treating an individual like an INDIVIDUAL not as a non-individual or what is average. Many blatant lies were placed in my chart; very unethical-the entire treatment team! But they honest didnt care about me as an individual!
