We had a great experience with Lakes Country Roofing. We called a handful of roofing companies, and they were the first to respond. They got us a bid right away, offered a great warranty, and completed the work quickly within our timeframe.

Micah was excellent to work with throughout the whole project — very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to communicate with. He also followed up afterward to make sure everything settled properly and that we were happy with the finished work.

Overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend Lakes Country Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company.

Lakes Country Roofing was great to work with. Micah did a great job of explaining everything to us and communicating about our project before, during and after it was completed. I’d highly recommend their team including the team that installed our no maintenance Facia.

My cabin is in Alexandria so I started my search for a roofer there. Lake Country was the first to reply and Micah showed up promptly as scheduled. We examined the roof together and came up with the best plan. There were some very specific and important details that I shared, out of necessity, with other bidders so we were talking apples to apples. No one else came close in price. But the bottom line is service and no one else came close in that either. From Micah, to the office staff, to the roofing crew everyone was first class. I am extremely satisfied with the results and thank Lake Country for having a great team.

I have a roof project, called Lakes Country Roofing and talked to both Renee and Micah. The team was very helpful and able to provide the assistance that I needed to address the roofing issue with my insurance company. It means a lot when you can reach out to a company and they give you clean, honest advice that has the best interest of their customers in mind. I am very happy with Renee, Micah, and the Lakes Country Roofing team they operate with integrity and I will be working with them in the future.
