I have lived in this apartments for over 3 years. I me and my girlfriend had really bad experiences with the building Manager Carol, receptionist Nancy and Superintendents.
The manager:
Never has time to talk to any tenants. Poor English and communication skills.
The receptionist Nancy:
She seams like a nice person but she's very sarcastic in a really bad way. It seams that she thinks you live here for free. No help whatsoever. All ways against tenant. You wish you never have to talk to them because there's always a conflict.
They are nice size apartments but the managing size makes you look for another place. I have 6 friends that they moved because of this and we are in the same process.
