The apron entering the parking lot from Harned Rd needs an upgrade. My car scrapes it entering and leaving every time. Today I picked up something in my tire. Which is not your fault. If the grade was better this wouldn't have happened. Check out all the scrape marks in that apron!!

I go to this branch (NOT the closest to my home) to work with this amazing young professional. Highly knowledgeable, so efficient & pleasant. He gave me excellent service in the process of refinancing my vehicle and gave me fast and great communication quickly through emails back and forth with many questions and suggestions resulting in the savings I would get by using Fourleaf federal credit union . Of the process and even waited a little bit later in the day to accommodate my work schedule to finalize the loan paper work. Jonathan Bravo took over and he set up for me calmly automatic payments to ease timely payments of the loan. The staff is very nice and helpful. This is a well lit and spacious branch location. They have a drive up teller and ATM. The ATM was recently updated but still lacks tap. There's plenty of parking and easy access from 347 or harned road. The ATM is somewhat shaded but there is some glare depending on the time of day. Overall good value, simple banking, with the convenience of modern technology.
