While it took a bit to deal with the insurance company, the staff at Roofing Pros handled everything quickly and easily. I dealt with Robin Marine who was very professional as well as personable. The men who actually did the work on the roof were also easy to deal with. They kept the area clean of debris. I would definitely recommend this company if you need a new roof.

I wholeheartedly endorse Roofing Pros USA for their exceptional service in installing a new roof on my grandmother's home. The company demonstrated outstanding success, completing the project with remarkable speed and precision without compromising quality. Their team of experts exhibited unwavering professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to addressing every question and concern. Notably, Cedric Hicks, the production supervisor, provided exceptional guidance and meticulous oversight, ensuring the project's timely completion and impeccable execution. The roof replacement was completed within an impressive 2-day timeframe. Robin Mariner's pre-inspection of the roof site guaranteed a seamless installation process, and his attention to site safety, including clearing obstacles, securing rain gutters, and laying tarps to protect the yard from debris, was exemplary. Upon completion, he oversaw the removal of all equipment and debris and reattached the gutters with precision. Thanks to the entire crew for delivering an outstanding outcome, and I highly recommend this exceptional company.

Robin was our contact person and did a great job communicating to make sure we understood the process. We ran into a situation due to our original rep changing jobs. Robin made sure that what was promised, was honored.
The work was done well and the crew was very meticulous in cleaning up all nails and debris.
I would recommend this company for your roofing needs.

I was referred to Roofing Pro by a previous customer and I am so glad for this reference! Roofing Pro did a fabulous job on our dad's roof! Absolutely amazing job and awesome customer service from start to finish. David Driver made our experience a pleasant one. He stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process, and kept things running smoothly from start to finish. He checked in with us regularly and was available for any questions, which made the process easier for us. Given our dad's age, David spoke to him with respect and made it very easy for him to understand. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new roof. David and the entire team were very detailed and professional!
