Office staff was very friendly and efficient. W were able to get an appointment when needed. Doctor saw us quickly at appointed time so we weren’t sitting in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes. Doctor took plenty of time explaining my mom’s condition and we felt very comfortable with his diagnosis.

I went to Dr. Charles Kissel and I had a very nice experience!
The receptionist was very pleasant and friendly, the medical tech Abby was very good, and Dr. Kissel was great!
He took his time explaining things to me, and was very caring!
I would highly recommend this practice to everyone!!!!!

Best first visit checking in prompt receptionist polite office very clean. The assistant was super nice and the Dr has the best energy she was great!

From the polite front desk to the caring technicians to the very knowledgeable and experienced Dr. Hoffman, I am always treated so well. They are kind and they care. Dr. Hoffman listens to me and my concerns and I have healed so well with his advice and treatment. I would absolutely refer any of my loved ones and friends in need of foot or ankle treatment to Dr. Hoffman and his staff.

I've never had such an amazing experience at any doctor, for anything. Every single person in that office is happy, kind, empathetic and gentle. My husband broke one of his metatarsals last year and Dr. Kissel (Sr.?) Set it perfectly just by numbing the area and moving the bone around with his hands. Saved my husband (and I!) So much agony and money. So this year when I dropped a box on my foot I knew there was nowhere else to go. From the moment I got there everyone was genuinely kind, not the here's your forms have a seat but the real greeted with a smile (a real one) and kind questions with no hurry. My appointment was just as great as my husband's, my PA was so incredibly kind and was kind to my 3 year old who had to come with me. Honestly, she is exactly who I would want as my doctor, kind and caring and genuinely wants to help- she was the best ( I wish I knew her name !) And the Dr Kissel who saw me (son) was so kind, not rushed, gentle with my busted foot and really made me feel better by explaining what was happening in my foot. No joke when I followed his advice, to a T, my foot had started to feel so much better and I am without my boot.

Thank you to that entire office, this is always what I thought doctors offices should be- truly wonderful experience. I cannot recommend them enough.
