I recently visited Specsavers at Promenade and had such a positive experience. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. The team was patient, took the time to understand what I was looking for, and helped me choose frames that I genuinely love.
The entire process felt smooth and stress-free, and I never felt pressured or rushed. It's clear that the staff truly care about their customers and take pride in providing great service. It's not often that you leave an appointment feeling this well taken care of!
Thank you to the whole team for making what can sometimes be a stressful experience so easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be returning and recommending Specsavers at Promenade to friends and family.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Specsavers Promenade Mall! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of.

A special thank you to Ruth and Inga — they were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely fun to be around. They made what could have been a routine visit feel enjoyable and stress-free. Their professionalism and warmth truly stood out, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and confident with my choices.

It’s rare to find service that is both highly competent and so personable. I left feeling happy, well-informed, and taken care of.

Highly recommend this location — I’ll definitely be coming back!

Amazing service!! I bough a pair of TURBOFLEX and these are the first glasses I’ve owned that didn’t break. Prices are fair. Quick in and out.
I recommend this place to anyone if you want a good deal and a good pair of glasses coupled with great service
