Absolutely superb. Dr Wong's bedside manner is second to none. No one likes to go to the audiologist to be evaluated for hearing loss, but aside for the purpose of my visit, the actual visit itself was wonderful. I felt very well taken care of and everything was explained to me simply and in a great amount of detail. Literally sat in the parking lot after my visit and referred Dr Wong to five or six of my friends.

I could not have been more pleased with Dr. Wong at Arizona Hearing Specialists. She took the time to really understand my needs and provide me with clear options to enhance my quality of life through the use of hearing aids. Her exam was the most thorough I have received and she explained each test to me as it was conducted. She easily built trust and rapport with me and gave me the confidence to move forward with my hearing aid options. I look forward to my subsequent appointments as we work together to improve my hearing.

While the office isn’t specifically for pediatric patients, I can’t recommend Dr. Wong enough! She is absolutely phenomenal. As a military family who has lived in multiple places, we’ve had our fair share of experiences with audiologists—and in the past, we haven’t always had the best luck when the provider wasn’t pediatric-focused. Dr. Wong completely changed that for us.

She has such an incredible demeanor—patient, kind, and thorough—and she made sure to include my child in every step of the process, explaining things in a way that was easy to understand and made my child feel comfortable and confident.

The office staff deserves a shout-out too! They were so sweet and understanding, even with my other three kids in tow. That level of kindness and flexibility is not the norm, and it truly did not go unnoticed.

I would highly, highly recommend Dr. Wong and her team. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would!

As a long-standing patient of an audiologist in California for over 12 years, I have grown accustomed to exceptional care. Following my relocation to Tucson, I sought the services of a new audiologist. Yesterday, I had my first appointment with Dr. Wong, who impressed me with her remarkable compassion, attentiveness, and generous allocation of time. Given the exemplary service I received from my previous audiologist, I was concerned about finding a comparable replacement. Fortunately, Dr. Wong met my expectations, and I highly recommend her expertise at Arizona Hearing Specialist.

Having suffered acute work-related hearing loss more than 20 years ago, I have been treated by many audiologists in Tucson. Now on my 3rd pair of hearing aids, I was referred to Dr. Wong at Arizona Hearing Specialists. She is personable, extraordinarily knowledgeable and thorough, and adept at working with Workers Compensation, which so many doctors no longer accept. Dr. Wong and the team at Arizona Hearing Specialists (Houghton/Valencia) are truly exceptional, and I highly recommend them!
