We live near by community of this building and 4/7 days they run a generator some sort of pumps in early morning between 6 and 9am. Its Extremely loud and we can hear through closed windows. Can't sleep with this thing running for hours. Hey its amazon so nobody is going to question it.

Free garage parking is a nice perk. Being close to Worldgate Center allows for quick lunch pickups at a variety of restaurants. Food trucks do come by, but it would be nice to have a better variety of lunch options within the building.
