This store is close to my home so very convenient for shipping and drop off services for Amazon returns. The store charged me $.99 to add a strip of tape to seal a box I was returning. At first they didn’t offer a receipt and put my $1 in the register. when I asked for the receipt I was then charged tax for the service. May not seem like a big deal but it just seemed like a way to profit off of a $5 roll of tape. I have used other UPS Store locations, FedEx, and USPS and was never charged for a strip of tape.

Not friendly people at all! Didn’t even know the measurements, weight, address, and was telling me that the shipping minimum is $20… I told him, online 4 days is $13, 5 is $6, he told me go do it online.

This store is such a pleasure to visit! I used to frequent the location on 441 until I found this hidden gem. The staff is beyond pleasant, and I’m always in and out because the wait time is minimal. I’m so happy I found this location.

Not to mention the cleanliness — this place is immaculate! I see so many bad reviews of this store, and honestly, they have to be fake reviews in my opinion. There’s just no way an establishment like this should be getting so many negative reviews.

BEWARE OF THEFT!!

I shipped a brand new iPhone ($1200) sealed in a box and the employee 283524 printed me a label charge me the $3 for the print, taped up my item, took it and gave me the receipt. I did not realize until it was too late that the receipt he gave me was for the label and NOT THE TRACKING!!

I confronted the employee but he denies accepting the package and without a tracking receipt I couldn’t prove much. I filed a police report but again couldn’t do much without the tracking. There are no cameras in the store and the reviews are all terrible.

I recommend AVOIDING THIS STORE and if you have a similar experience pls share to help others!

UPDATE- the “UPS Owner” that replied below has not helped what so ever. I emailed their team and never heard back.
