Bought two bikes .....waited three weeks to even sit on my bike had it a day and blew the gaskets out of the motor after about two hours of riding . Service department is stating it could be in shop till septemeber as ktm as bought them and parts are limited . Why did I pay for a pdi then? Im currently fighting for a new bike . Never buy anything from this place unless you like to fight for your stuff to get fixed in a timely manner. The owner still hasnt returned me call from yesterday and the manager finally called me back after leaving two vm msg's. This place is very disorganized and website inventory is completely wrong .good to see echo puts the customer first.

No existent service. I love being being sent to voice mail to leave messages that no one answers. Also the parts girl doesn't know a bike from a sled. Keep up the good work.
