Staff were friendly and sociable. Beautiful show room. If you are looking for a BMW or Ducati Motor Bike I'd recommend Vancouver BMW Ducati (previously John Valk BMW Ducati)

Seemed nice at first but weirded me out with talk of the personal circumstances of other people - Did my best to play along but was honestly wondering when this guy would stop and go away. Jeeez. Location isn't great for me so, all in all, they won't be getting my business.

After servicing my R1200CL for stalling in intersections they got it to stall as I came to an intersection as well. First day of a west coast tour.Valk refused to look at it for two weeks.The last chance I had to ride with my son. Bike has never run proper since.DISGUSTING Could not rate lower

Have dealt with four other dealers over the last decade. Valk's is the best hands down. Honest and excellent service. Excellent price on a trade. And the best bikes on the planet. What more can you ask for?

I have had several very unconfortable times at this store including a couple of frineds of mine who were both looking for motorcycles. John himself apporached them and said " If you are not buying today please make room for my customers". I was told the same thing a couple of months before that. I would not set foot in that store again especially when John is around... He should stay in his office counting dollars rather than trying to service clients!

Bought a used very competitively priced BMW there at last month. It was listed as coming with a large top case but upon delivery it had a correctly keyed small top case. Valk said there had been a listing error. Valk swapped the used small case with a brand new correctly keyed large top case. First class customer service.

Great Staff! Good bike selection. Straight up honest people. They arnt on commision so you dont feel like you are being pressure sold. There is also a good selection of quality apparel.
