I had a "plumbing emergency".
After calling a few plumbers, Reliance was the least expensive option.
Reliance made an appointment for me, for 4pm to 8pm.
Rev called to follow up on this appointment.
He came, he fixed the plumbing issue in 15 minutes.
He was professional, pleasant and personable.

Excellent plumbing service. Yama is very professional and deals with jobs expediently. His associates Cameron and Yusuf managed my plumbing issue very well and were professional to deal with. Will definitely be using their services in the future.

These guys are amazing. The water pipes going to my kitchen froze due to extreme cold temperatures. I Called 1st Choice Mechanical and was impressed with their prompt service. They came and quickly found the problem and they explained why the froze up. I loved how they were eager to fix the problem in a way that cost me the least and with least amount of holes in the drywall. I would definitely hire them again.

Responsive, Experienced, Quality = Very Satisfied.

Yama is a very experienced professional. I found him on Google, upon searching and obtaining a number of quotes, I decided on Yama@1stChoiceMwchanicalInc.

He stood out from the others based on his professional attitude, experience and knowledge he brought during his initial visit and provided a fair quote that didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. (very considerate individual)

Provided a timeline in his busy schedule & kept in touch to ensure that he did not forget about us. (Especially nowadays, given all the closures, making it harder to obtain all the necessary material)

Yama completed the job in the timeline provided initially.

The following tasks were completed, includes new rough in for our new laundry location in the basement. Modified the current laundry rough in to suit a sink (wall bar). Repaired my leaking mixing valve. Removed an old ice maker shut-off valve and replaced with new copper piping. Installed a new shut-off valve for new ice maker location.

Highly recommend. Will use again, when necessary.
