99% of the staff are great, but Fenton Aubrey is not one of them. For 6 months this guy lied to me about his ability to repair my 2004 GSXR 750, which had been in an accident, but his words were that it was basically cosmetic damage. It would take sometime to get the parts, because it was an older bike. Fair enough, even though it was my primary vehicle, he was the mechanic and he'd been straight forward with me twice before when I brought my bike in after I'd purchased it. I spent $3800.00 to get it running smooth. so I thought that I could trust my mechanic. During this 6 months starting December 7th I gave him numerous outs. Told him that if he was too busy, I'd take elsewhere. He assured me that he had a donor bike and would fix it. He never contacted ICBC once. Never submitted pictures or any quotes to ICBC. Finally after months of lies, I went to the shop and told him that I was taking my bike elsewhere. He said that that wasn't necessary and he would have it ready by next Wednesday. So I showed up on the Wednesday helmet in hand. Met him on the loading dock expecting to get my bike. Instead he proceeded to tell me that the parts wouldn't fit, but that he could order the parts. 6 months of lies and now he offers to order parts..... seeing red at this point. I stepped back and asked to see my bike. Upon seeing my bike I was speechless. The only thing different from when it arrived was the layer of dust on it. So obviously I took my bike elsewhere and the only advice I can give to anyone is that you do the same and take it elsewhere. DO NOT listen to Fentons lies.

The tall guy Fladge would give you his Yamaha's for free if he
could. No other shop could sell you a Yamaha ceaper than these guy's. They are the best.
