Things started well with what was then Bethpage Federal Credit Union. They efficiently processed and approved a home equity loan. Customer service has gone down the drain ever since. They make it nearly impossible to talk to a human on the customer service line (and the closest branch to me is an hour away). When you finally get a human on the phone, she was unable to identify which accounts I had, or to address my problem. She promised a call back the next day, and needless to say, that call never came. That’s great they changed their name - but they should put some resources towards helping their existing clients. The terrible customer service line alone is enough to get me to never do additional business with them again.

Terrible customer service. Chat designed to infuriate a customer. Website that was better when it was Bethpage. And commercials that are just weird. What happened to this bank? Good riddance.
