My son just dropped over $30,000 on a new Harley Davidson Breakout, wouldn't start the other morning (Wednesday 17), called motosport plus,they came over and still wouldn't start, took it back to shop, my son called near the end of the day and was told they haven't even looked at it and probably won't till late next week,what kind of arrogant lazy people work there!!!most likely a fuse or something simple and they won't look at it,their open 6 days a fucking week! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING OR DEALING WITH THESE ARROGANT IGNORANT PRICKS!!! Once they have your money they don't care cause there's no other Harley dealer around.

Poor service is an understatement. Add ignorant and confrontational. They "adjusted" the clutch lever on my son's brand new CRF230M. So tight I might add that they caused the clutch to blow apart and shred itself in the engine. Honda came good for the parts, but it was about $650 in labour to fix it. Cameron Cycle in Peterborough did the repair and could not believe how the clutch lever was adjusted... NEVER GO HERE, they are incompetent and when you address the issue, they tell you it is your fault and you do not know how to ride...

Unbelievably terrible service. Took almost a month to get 6hrs of work completed on my bike. Kept getting fed lines of crap like "parts are hard to find".."it's because of the extent of the work to be done" (6hrs....wow, that lots of work)...etc. etc. etc.....Communication was very very poor not once did i recieve a call to let me know what was going on....just all around very poor service. If you would like more info. I would be happy to fill you in, I could write a novel about their poor buissness skills....if you would like more info. send me a email at aciddrop28@yahoo.ca and I would be more than happy to let you know why you should go elswhere
