shops that work on older bikes, especially 2 strokes are not as common these days!! NH Cycle is one of the better ones!

Dropping off my bike at NH cycle has turned out to be a terrible mistake. Jeff Kleine was extremely deceptive and has lied to me about the work being done on the bike. After paying for his services I went to another local mechanic to have the bike inspected and found out that parts and labour I had paid for where not present on the bike. When confronting Jeff he blamed it on another employee who no longer works at NH Cycle and refuses to refund even a portion of the bill. I am currently starting a legal battle with NH Cycle and encourage other to be very cautious.

After a local bike shop in Stratford refused to look at my bike because of the age of it, NH Cycle welcomed me in and treated me like a respected customer. They were knowledgeable and took the time to actually talk to me about my bike. They are a small shop but make up for it in personalized service.

Jeff Kleine REALLY knows bikes. After being completely ripped off by a local "mechanic", it was a real pleasure to deal with someone who takes pride in their work and is truly competent. Continued success to the NH team . . .
