I've dealt with two wheel for about 20 years now, and have yet to complain about anything! The staff all know what they are talking about, and if there is any miscommunication they are more than willing to fix it, even if it's at their cost. Customer service #1, and we have a great relationship. I've purchased eight bikes from there over the years and exported them to Macedonia very smoothly, with their help. Thanks guys!
