Extremely disappointed! I hosed an event on Friday, July 24th in NYC, while the attendant arrived on time and the equipment functioned property, the service fell short as what was discussed of our expectations. Specifically, the package I purchased explicitly included a themed selection of props for my guest to use, Unfortunately, no props were provided or set up during the event. The props were the main reason we chose this company, as they encourage guest interaction and add a fun element to the photos. Because they were missing, the photo booth experience felt incomplete, and many guests chose not to use it. This significantly impacted the overall entertainment value we expected for our celebration. I did reach out to Stevie and the return reply was actually insulting with a mare apology and a lame excuse regarding the set up of the backdrop and that my guests did not see the props. I thought it was the attendant that would take care of this, its the reason we paid the extra fee. Stevie offered nothing to compensate for the mistake. It's the principal. Beware of this company, I feel they thought this would go unnoticed. I have not reason to work with this company again and suggest you find someone else. There are less expensive options out there.

Luxebooth was a fantastic company to work with. They made the process of renting a Photo Booth very easy. From the getgo, everything that would be included in the service we ordered was very specifically outlined. The booking process was also seamless and straightforward. Leading up to the event, the company was very responsive via email and always answered our questions with detail. They also made it easy to design the prints custom to our needs. This was for an event of 350 people and the Luxebooth representative arrived an hour early prepared to set up. We worked together on making sure everything looked as we expected. The Photo Booth rep was very kind and attentive throughout the entire event. It was overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone for their events.

Pictures were beautiful, we were so impressed with the quality of the photos. I believe Adam worked our event, he was very friendly and knowledgeable of what we needed. We would highly recommend them.

We worked with LuxeBooth for the second time for a photobooth for our firm's holiday party. They were so easy to work with, flexible on the design of the print outs, responsive, and helpful. Jose was our photobooth tech, and he was awesome! He had great, positive energy and motivated people to use the photobooth using the perfect approach without being too pushy. He arrived early, set up quickly, and was a pleasure to work with. We can't recommend LuxeBooth and Jose enough!
