Bought a 2019 wrx there. Within 4 months the Harmon kardon speakers were blown out and I never turned my music loud at all, the ac compressor went bad and I had no ac which later it seized the clutch on the pulley preventing it from starting and leaving me stranded, and the radio touch screen went bad as well. On top of that the most important part was that THEY RAN MY CREDIT 8 TIMES which screwed me over in many ways. The salesman I had gave a pretty rude not caring undertone and almost seemed like a prick. That was Steve.

I've went to this dealer service department for years and never had much of a problem but today I paid $262 FOR AN OIL CHANGE. They charged me $180 to tell me I needed to repair that I told them I needed when I went in. And when the price came back way too high for what the job actually cost I said I would do it myself and they charged me $180 because I didn't have it done there. I'm sure they charge this to try and compel people to just get the work done at the dealership because they've already paid so much money for diagnostics. This place might be where you need to go when you have a warranty but if you're paying out of your pocket stay away I've never been so overcharged it's insulting.

I am very happy with my new Durango! Brian Martin was very professional and handled my deal exactly how it should go. They had all the paperwork ready when they said they would. I hope to buy more vehicles here in the future.

Received mail that they wanted my vehicle and were “willing to offer well above market value” for it word for word. I get there just to shoot numbers and let them appraise it. They offered 2k below Kbb’s lowest trade in value for my vehicle only issue they found was tpms sensors which was due to having not the oem wheels on zero issue vehicle. They wouldn’t work with me on anything even when I said you guys mailed this out to people and low ball them and that they were disrespectful for wasting my time and lying. I didn’t expect much from a dealership but to smack me in my face with a well below value of my car when I see other similar models out for more and said you’d offer more this is the second encounter I bought the vehicle from them in the first place and honestly good salesman but Sam Martin sales manager is the one who mailed the request and lied about willing to pay above market value and argued the point why they wouldn’t pay more.

Made an appt for just an oil change with no other work requested. Showed up at our appointment time and was quickly checked in by Steve i think. Steve was cordial and professional as well as other front desk service personnel. Our oil change was done within about 30 minutes and the wait was OK with free coffee, water, hot cocco etc. Check out was fine as well. On our drive home, the ride felt odd so we checked our air pressure from the on board dash option and found that our tire pressure for all 4 tires were in the 40's, this is way off from the pressure I checked just a few days ago. Should be 33 front 36 rear, even with heating up, should not be anywhere over 40. Called and spoke to Steve and said why did they overinflate my tires without using a gage. He stated they wouldn't, so they would have known they over inflated my tires putting us at risk. Presently waiting for a call back from the service manager. The 1 star is based on the wrong doing from a tech. Not the service desk attendees.
