I found Dr. McIver to be so helpful and friendly as I was looking for pain relief in my neck and shoulder. He did an excellent job of explaining how disks in my neck were the cause and how he could help fix it. My surgery went very smoothly and the recovery was quick. I would highly recommend him.

I’ve dealt with my sciatic nerve issue for about 8-9 months. It got to the point where no matter what movements I did it would hurt. My pain was coming from my L5/S1 vertebrate. About 2 months in I started physical theory (3x per wk) for about 3 months. I had no relief, so I discontinued going. I talked to my pain management doc, and she suggested spinal shots to try to relieve the pain. Again no relief, and I did that twice over a 2 month period. The pain even got worse to the point where it was affecting my health and my mental. I decided to get surgery, so my PM Dr put me with Dr. Jon McIver, and that was the best thing that could’ve been done for me! Dr. McIver really cares, and he knows exactly what’s he’s doing. Very compassionate and a blessing. I would recommend him to anyone going through this type of sciatic pain. He really helped me get my life back. Absolutly love Dr. McIver! Great doctor and surgeon. He has a wonderful bedside manor, explains and listens to you. I felt very secure with him being my husbands surgeon and I would if I ever needed use him. I will refer him to any of my friends and family. This doctor is a keeper.
