I would have given 0 star rating actually. Very rude and unprofessional man who answered the phone. When I questioned the length of time it would take to move less than 4km (he quoted at least 6-7 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment), he got angry. "Why did you call me if you already know how long it is going to take?"

Don't give your hard earned money to this company.
