Prior to moving her practice to the Monter Cancer Center, Dr. Sheehy-Milano practiced for 25 years at Northwell Glen Cove Hospital. She earned her medical degree at the Jefferson College for Health Professions in Philadelphia,Pennsylvania. She trained in Internal Medicine at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, Connecticut with a chief residency year as part of the U. Conn. health system. She completed a fellowship in Medical Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
