I have dealt with 101 Mobility for two years. I had my curved stairlift serviced. Their service is wonderful. Kathi who makes appointments is very happy sounding and a pleasure to talk to. Grant serviced my unit and went above and beyond in helping me with a perennial problem I have experienced. He is friendly ,personable and very professional. I would recommend the company to any of my closest friends and family.

I had to purchase stair assist and it was very expensive as I got quotes from the city. Most companies did not care about service and cost yet this franchise operator scoured their inventory and contacts to find an outdoor unit and 5 more inside. They asked if returns or rentals were ok .. we said yes as long as it was clean and functional. It saved us over half with install. We did not have enough money to buy new. We were never bullied or pressured to make a decision. They were fair and honest to us. They are a couple who own this business and their staff is excellent. They come to fix or trouble shoot no questions asked. They don’t charge us for visits … who does this now a days. I feel like I can call them anytime for anything. They have a wide range of products and advise accordingly. Great people indeed.

Turns out the lift is very secure, functional and easy to use. Staff were very professional and so quick with the install. Such a joy to work with this company. All derails were made very clear, leaving me with absolutely no worries. I love my new lift and highly recommend them. Robyn G.

101Mobility installed 3 second hand stair lifts in our place as well as grab bars in two bathrooms.
Installation of the stair lifts was done within one day by 2 people.
Everything was fine. Great communication and installation.
The grab bars were also installed at a different time few days after.
We are pleased with the installation, communication and price.
The addition of the stair lifts makes it easier to climb our 3 flights of stairs. Will recommend 101Mobility for the supply and the installation.

Amazing! We're happy with the RAM Crystal elevator that Grant and team installed. What a huge job!
The house originally had an elevator which had no working lights. Overall it was obsolete, with the parts discontinued.
Grant removed the old elevator and replaced it with a RAM elevator that has an automatic door (essential) and glass windows on one side. (He worked with our contractor to make it all happen.) It's a gorgeous investment and fits into the architecture of the house. It makes our 2-storey home truly accessible.
101 Mobility was considerate and meticulous throughout the complex installation. Highly recommended!
