I’m satisfied with Kent water purification system. I got the water softener installed. Technician Huan came at scheduled time to install the water softener. He did the job professionally. Jaspreet, the sales representative was very helpful and cooperative. He explained all my questions/concerns regarding the water softener very well. Kent’s serviceman Harnoor, arrived on time for the appointment and completed the annual service professionally and to a high standard. He also checked the TDS after replacing the filters and confirmed the water hardness levels were within the proper range. He ensured everything was operating properly, checked for leaks, and cleaned up all debris before leaving. Very satisfied with the quality of work and service provided.
