They lied about their quote
They arrived late
They only loaded 1/4 of our stuff, then refused to unload till we paid them cash in full.
They then took off with our money leaving us with 3/4 of our stuff to move ourselves.
In total we paid over 300 dollars for less than 1 hour of work.
