I had a great experience with Pinnacle Roofing Company and especially with Brandon R. From start to finish, Brandon was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the job was handled properly.

The communication and customer service were excellent, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Pinnacle Roofing Company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional roofing company. Great job all around!

The salesman Matt was excellent. He worked with our Adjustor and was in person to meet with them for the assessment. His communication throughout has been good but that’s where it stops. The quality of work performed on the roof, facia and guttering was sub par to say the least. I requested to speak to the owner multiple times and have yet to do so. The attached pictures will show you what they call custom work.

We had an outstanding experience working with Brian Teague on our roof replacement, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

From the very beginning, Brian was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated. Our insurance company initially denied our roof claim, but Brian did not simply give up. He carefully reviewed the situation, helped organize the necessary documentation and supporting evidence, and guided us through the appeal process. Thanks in large part to his knowledge and persistence, the appeal was ultimately successful and our roof replacement was approved.

During this process, we had many roofing companies come to our house offering free inspections and estimates. Among everyone we met, Brian was by far the most professional and knowledgeable. What really sets him apart is that he not only understands roofing extremely well, but also has an impressive understanding of the insurance claim process—how adjusters evaluate roof damage, what insurance companies look for, and how to properly document and present a claim.

He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions patiently, and made sure we understood each step of the process. We never felt pressured or rushed. Instead, we felt that Brian genuinely cared about doing things correctly and helping us achieve the best possible outcome.

Brian is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, hardworking, and truly committed to his customers. It is rare to find someone who combines this level of roofing expertise with such a strong understanding of insurance claims and such excellent customer service.

We are extremely satisfied with Brian and the service he provided. If any of our friends or family ever need help with a roof inspection, insurance claim, or roof replacement, Brian would be the first person we recommend. We would gladly work with him again without hesitation.

Pinnacle Roofing did a fantastic job on our roofing project. Travis and his team were thorough, professional, and quick. Our roof was very old, had two layers of shingles that needed to be removed, and needed for the space around the chimney to be repaired due to water leaks. We are very impressed with their work and will be happy to use them again in the future for any others projects or repairs that we may need.
