David and Jimmy were extremely kind and helpful with our purchases. Love the small town feel!! (We are newer to the area)

The computers were down, & I calculated the total cost plus tax & they wouldn't talk my money. I waited over 45 min. They refused the money & no manager came to help me plus the other customers. Poor service. The manager probably could have manually waited on the customers, & processed the sales.

Decent selection, staff is okay. I went to the bathroom with my 1 year old and as we were exiting an employee was going into the back. My son (being 1 and loving people) turned to follow her and I told him to not follow strangers. I proceeded to hear the entire staff gossiping about my sentence to my one year old the entire time I was in there…as if I had said something offensive…but I just need my toddler to stop chasing strangers….so if you have a friendly toddler that you’re trying to teach stranger danger to, don’t bring them here because you’ll be the talk of the store.

Walked in and asked if there was someone that could help us shape a hat if we picked one out. Lady behind the counter said yes so we proceeded. Spent 30 minutes trying to find the perfect hat and told them we ready to have it shaped. Then they tell us sorry we can turn the steamer on to shape the hat because we’re getting a new steamer today and that one can’t be hot when they get ready to swap them out! Why didn’t they tell us that when we first asked?

Went in bought a high in hat, they shaped it wrong the first time. Went back a second time to get it fixed and they completely destroyed it and wasted over an hour of my time for it to not even fit my head now. Managment needs to do better at training employees if they are going to offer hat shaping. Completely unacceptable.
