Could not have asked for better work!

My basement has been a huge stressor for me since buying my house from 1880. The stone walls and mortar were crumbling due to moisture. Cody, the sales rep came and explained everything in detail to me. He was able to work with me on a package and a price that seemed fair to me.

The crew, Tyler, Dan, Dustin, CJ, Antonia, and Field Supervisor Tony came on time every day for three days. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they walked me through each step of the process and answered all my questions. They moved all my stuff, covered it, and reinstalled my washer and dryer when the work was done.

Now I don't have to stress about my basement!

Sadly I will not recommend this company to anyone. I had both inside and outside waterproofing completed. Where do I start. From start to finish the job was handled by younger men that spent more time playing then working. Their forman was just as young as them so clearly they weren’t taking any orders or directions from him. At the end of the job, which took several days because they claimed I had a gas leak that they did not cause, and work had to stop until I had to pay another contractor to put a new gas line in after Peoples turned my gas off, I still had water coming in one of my attached garages and the sump pump cover they installed was almost completely cut in half with a huge gapping hole. They also installed the plastic barrier in the same garage over the cement instead of under it. When I contacted the company I was told that 1. The sump pump covers come without any holes to allow for the piping and it has to be cut manually 2. I needed to send pictures of where the water was coming from. I told the supervisor that the sump pump cover had a gapping hole and needed to be replaced with one that only allowed for the pipe because gases could escape the current one AND dirt and debris could get in it causing it to clog and not perform as it should. I secured the email address to send pictures of where the water was still leaking from and the supervisor was to follow up with me that following Monday because it was Friday EOD. I immediately sent pictures and awaited the supervisors contact on Monday. No call came so I had to once again follow-up with him. I had to ask him to look in his spam folder when he couldn’t find the photos in his in box. I explained the photos and where the water was coming from. He then scheduled an appointment with me to come and actually look at the area. Upon seeing the actual area it was determined that the crew had NOT put the plastic barrier in correctly and that section needed to be redone, which a more skilled crew took care of later. At no time did he mention the other section where they put the plastic barrier on top of the concrete. They also did not put plastic outlet caps over the end of the pipes. One that came out of the house from the dehumidifier, and the other that captured and removed the water from the outer part of my house. This allowed critters to get in both so I had to have them do that. Several months later I had to call them to reconnect my outside pipe that separated one pipe from the other that they put under my brick steps. They came and repaired that. Five or Six months later I had to have them come back because the same pipe separated again. In addition to all these issues, when I had a retaining wall put in on the other side, I discovered that they had a pipe coming down the top side of my house that was connected to nothing that would drain the water away from my house. It would have just ran along side the foundation. I hate having to continue to pay $99.00 for the life time warranty, but with the continuing issues I feel I have no choice!

This was my first time hiring a company to do a major project on my house, and they did a great job. The foreman Jay recommended a lot of things to make the whole system come together and make it look good. Kept me up to date on everything that was being done. Everyone was constantly working, and showed me that the system actually worked when it was all put together. I appreciate all they did and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!!

They dug up our basement and yard 2 years ago to put in the French drain and seal it up. It has been dry since and the sump pump definitely gets put to work after a decent rain. Basement and downstairs office have been dry since with no water issues. The crew was super easy to deal with and did excellent work including putting the grass back in place.

After years of dealing with water issues in our basement, we finally decided to fix the problem the right way—and choosing Every Dry Basement Waterproofing was the best decision we could have made.

From the moment they showed up, Jay (foreman) and his crew—Corey, Trenton, Jacob, Sean, Roy, Mekayle, Mark, Tony, and Mark—were absolutely outstanding. These are not just workers, they are Everdry employees who truly care about the job they’re doing and the people they’re helping. I honestly don’t know what they get paid, but they deserve the world.

They treated our home with a ton of respect, tarped everything off, and kept dust to a minimum. The professionalism and work ethic were next level.

What really stood out was how thorough and knowledgeable they were. We had some structural concerns, and instead of pushing unnecessary work, they walked us through a smart, cost-effective plan to prevent things from getting worse. That honesty meant a lot.

We had a full 2-step waterproofing system installed:
• Exterior system: The crew hand-dug 2–3 feet down around the house, sealed the block foundation, and installed a protective barrier to keep surface water away.
• Interior system: They installed a drainage system designed to relieve hydrostatic pressure, including drilling weep holes in the block so water and air can move freely and not build up behind the walls.

On top of that, they noticed issues with our downspouts and upgraded them with their system to make sure water is directed safely away from the house. That kind of attention to detail is rare.

For the first time in years, I can honestly say I feel confident and at ease about our basement.

This crew was one of the best we’ve ever had work on our home—no question about it. If you’re dealing with water problems, don’t wait. This is the team you want.
