I needed an ADHD reevaluation to qualify for accommodations. The accommodation form had specific requirements so I asked the front desk before booking whether Tiffany would be able to complete it.

I was EXPLICITLY told yes and that she “does this all the time.”

I even offered to send the accommodation form in advance to make sure it was something she could complete, but I was told that wasn’t necessary. (it gets worse)

Based on that assurance, I drove to Massachusetts for the appointment.
(4hrs btw)

After being on a call with Tiffany for 1 hour of her going off topic every other question
(I think she also has adhd)

She tells me at the very end right before hanging up on me that she could not provide what I had SPECIFICALLY booked the appointment for :D (screaming)

Then I was billed $250.

I contacted the office three separate times to complain and try to resolve the situation, but my complaints were ignored. This was easily one of the WORSSSST experiences I’ve had with a healthcare provider.

I ultimately went to Amen Clinics instead. My experience there was significantly more professional, they were able to provide the academic documentation/results I needed, and it was actually less expensive.

I would not recommend wasting your time here, especially if you need documentation for academic accommodations. Make sure you get confirmation in writing that they can provide exactly what you need before paying for an appointment.
