Thank you JCTZ Garage Doors. With your speedy arrival to replace our garage door with a new one. This was affordable and in our budget. It looks great and much quieter than the last. You'll most definitely be recommended of a job well done.

My experience with JCTZ Garage Doors was fantastic. My garage door was making horrible sounds as it was opening and closing. I called them and they came out on a day and time that was convenient for me. Joe was very thorough in his inspection and gave me an estimate that was reasonable and he explained everything in detail. As he was working on my door he found some other issues, but he again did a thorough explanation of the problem. He did not pressure me into the repairs, which I found very respectful. Joe also helped me reprogram the garage door key pad so I could finally use it. I know it was probably an easy fix if I tried to do it myself, but I didn’t. I had an exceptional experience with JCTZ Garage doors and recommend them to anyone needing garage door help.

Charlie was incredibly friendly…I called during their closed hours and he was more than willing to come out but also offered to save me some money and walked me through what I needed to do on the phone. Rare to find that kind of friendliness and honesty with businesses these days. I’ll be using JCTZ for all my garage door needs/repairs/replacements going forward.

Charlie and Joe have been wonderful to deal with - solving my garage door, motor and roller issues quickly and easily at a price I could afford. They explained the various options and executed the work thoroughly and carefully. I recommend them highly.
