I have no idea what happened to PNW Whitehorse in the past year, but the service has gone downhill terribly, especially the last few months. My employer has used them for many years, always prompt and priority delivery service multiple times a week. Now our freight is constantly late (sometimes days) causing major grief for our customers and the backlash lands on us. We now have customers asking us who we use and are there other options... that is how bad it has become.

I recently ordered a bedframe from an Ottawa company that wouldn't ship all the way to Yukon for free. PNW provided a very reasonable quote to get the packages from Edmonton to Whitehorse, received them in Edmonton and shipped them up quickly. Staff were very helpful and responsive and my packages arrived safely. Thanks PNW!

The staff were helpful but the men in the pickup area were very rude and disgusting to downright dangerous. The guy looked at us like he wanted to punch us or something physical. Scary man..I'll do business at the other companies
