AT SPEEDY YOU'RE A NOBODY AND THEIR WARRANTY STINKS!
Apr/2006 I paid $800.00 for a brake job, both front and back complete at the SPEEDY Gardiners Rd. location. I take it back half a dozen times as the brakes squeel horribly. Chris at Speedy can't fix it. I took it to the dealer and paid again to re-do the rear brakes. The dealer fixed it right, the first time. What does the dealer know that SPEEDY people don't; how to fix brakes to start with?
Jan2009 the front brakes began to squeel horribly. I took it to the dealer. They inspected the vehicle and found that the rotors were fine and that the pads had lots of wear remaining however the pads were glazed and needed to be replaced.
Speedy pads are warrantied for life, right? It's Saturday 17Jan2009 at 9:00 a.m. I went to the Gardiners Rd location, who were unable to assist me this day. I called the Princess St. location and then attended there. There were no customers in the shop. They looked at my invoice and informed me that they are a franchise location and refused to look at my car as the warrant only applied to the location that performed the work.
This is exactly the level of service I have come to expect from SPEEDY!

As a regular customer of Speedy Princess St. location I can tell you that Dan Nesheim is a very capable mechanic and a very pleasant fellow. Furthermore he does not do every brake job, so the statements are completely fabricated and is a personal attack against Mr.Nesheim for reasons only the former employee can fathom. While we are on the subject, why is the author of the slanderous comments a former employee? Incompetent? Lazy? Dull-witted? Who knows. Who cares?
