A woman was looted of her gold chain at knifepoint in January and on May 11 ,2011 someone broke all glasses of the doors on each of the floors. I am note able to find links for these two incidents reported.
The rent is 50-100$ low but it is not worth it to move here.Also the services are so bad that any request for apartment maintenance is done atleast 24 hours later even if reported as emergency.
I would never rent there and am happy I move on May 30th 2011.
