We brought our Nissan Altima here for repairs after an accident. My son went to pick the car up after they said it was ready (which already the repairs took alot longer than expected) when we arrived, we realize that we were misinformed about the check issued to us from the insurance and there was no communication between their Estimator Victor and the insurance Adjustor. I called and spoke to Victor who was very rude and condescending about the situation. Which could have been an easy fix if he were to communicate and ensure things were done properly. I then asked about a side mirror that they included in the estimate, but we had replaced prior to receiving repairs due to safety but they were paid for it and charged labor and parts on something they did not perform. He then said he will look into that and call me back, I asked for a copy of the detailed invoice, which I still have not received from him. I called my son back after getting off of the phone with this person and he stated Victor called the lady in the front and said to pull the car back in because they were not accepting the ins check, and that we were probably not going to pay and that they would "get another new car". This is extremely unprofessional. Why would you think we were not going to pay and you can keep my car? I am extremely upset and contacted my insurance about this also. The lack of communication, the fraudulent charges for parts and labor they didn't do and to be treated this way? I couldn't wait to get this cleared up and get my car out of this shop. I do not trust Carstar and will definitely want all the work that was completed by this shop to be double looked over. This is not the way you treat your customers!

Carstar of Westgate provided exceptional service and high-quality work. After a rear-end collision, they recently repaired my 2018 Audi A3, and I am delighted with the results. The team was professional, communicative, and skilled at their work. My car looks as good as new – you can't even tell it was in an accident. I took my 2018 Mustang to Carstar at Westgate. Mark was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, making me feel very confident that I chose the right shop to fix my car.
I dropped it off on Friday, Jan. 19th and was told it would be about 2 weeks until it was done. Well, it was ready to be picked up a couple days early, looking fantastic!
I hope I won't need to have my car repaired again, but if I do, I will choose Carstar!

I highly recommend Carstar of Westgate. 5 stars is not enough for this collision shop, if I could give more I would. Their staff were amazing and very helpful. Quick service and very trustworthy. I was involved in a hit and run, Took in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee for an estimate. Anh, my estimator, was awesome and kept me updated throughout the whole process of the repairs of my vehicle . Hopefully I never have to take my vehicle back to a collision shop but if I ever do I will definitely be coming back to Carstar of Westgate!!! 10/10
