Ordered a 10-piece boneless wing through door dash, don't know who messed it up from there (door dash or the restaurant themselves), it came in just the takeout box but not in a sealed paper bag, and then upon opening it, despite paying for a 10-piece and the printed label saying it was 10-piece, it only had 6 in it. So then I called to place an order directly, and I'm told they're not taking cash and only accepting card. Thank God I didn't waste my time driving down there after all that.

I went into Wing Stop the other day. It was my second time coming in. A super nice guy by the name of Jay helped me. He was extremely attentive, worked hard, and was genuinely there to help me have the best experience possible!!! I will absolutely be back!

I had a fantastic experience at the Wingstop on Yellowstone Ave! Everything was on point—the wings were crispy, the fries were perfectly seasoned, and the food came out hot and fresh.
A huge shout-out to Cat for the outstanding service. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s rare to get such high-quality service in a fast-casual spot, but she really crushed it!
If you’re in Pocatello and craving wings, this is the place to go. Ask for Cat!

Had a mess up with our mobile order. Manager (Scott Higgins) and everyone was super helpful fixing the problem. Super happy with the customer service. My wife was really bummed and they made her night. We appreciate it! And the food came out fantastic!

It was the 2nd night of operations and it was a packed house. When we made it to the counter we were told it would be a 60 min wait. We ordered, set a timer and began our wait.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. As I watched the kitchen I thought they were operating pretty smoothly for a new restaurant. Our wings came out in 50 minutes and were piping hot.

We ordered the classic, mango habanero, Korean Bbq, and the Louisiana dry rub. The flavors were strong and the wings were crispy.

Great job for a new establishment. We will be back 👍🏼
