Do yourself a favor and photograph every single shelf price before you get to the register, because what they display and what they charge you are two completely different things.

I had a terrible experience yesterday. The shelf shows one price — you get to the register, they charge you something else entirely. When I pointed it out, the staff told me flat out they couldn’t override it. Nobody could fix it. And instead of being apologetic or helpful about it, they had a full attitude — rude, dismissive, and completely unbothered that they were overcharging a customer.

I had to stand there and wait an unreasonable amount of time for a manager to come over, while the staff made it clear they couldn’t care less. Even getting a simple pricing error corrected felt like I was the problem for bringing it up.

This isn’t a one-time mistake. When staff can’t fix a clear price discrepancy without jumping through hoops, AND treat customers with disrespect on top of it, that tells you everything about how this place operates. You shouldn’t have to fight — and be made to feel bad about it — just to be charged the price that’s literally posted on the shelf. That’s false advertising, plain and simple.

To anyone shopping here: check your receipt line by line before you leave. Don’t assume the price you saw is the price you’ll pay, and don’t expect to be treated with basic respect if you speak up about it.

Used to like this place to buy groceries but the employee with red hair and glasses be having a bad ass attitude she make a whole gesture to her coworker when I see waiting in line I ain’t said nothing but today she made a comment to one of her others workers I couldn’t really hear. Ya need to train ya employee better

They overcharged us for seafood. They gave us 1.25lb lobsters and charged us for 1.5lb.

My first time shopping here was last week and I was very satisfied with the prices, the store is well organized, and everything was fully stocked. A gentleman helped me with a 50 pound bag of sugar and some other bakery items I needed which I appreciated. Also, checkout was very smooth, no long annoying lines. I can proudly say I won’t be renewing my Costco Business Card 😂
