This is the most unprofessional and cheap property manager I've had the displeasure of renting with. Since the previous poster here mentioned how awful the hallways are, it's gotten worse - they've replaced half the carpets in the building but never finished, highlighting their Mickey Mouse maintenance style to anyone who steps into the building (embarrassing). This is typical with this landlord - cutting corners and repeating work because they never get it right the first time. They test the fire alarms every few months which is a piercing high-pitch squeal for entire days on end. They seem to be cheeping out on heat, delivering uncomfortable if not illegal levels. Horribly fluctuating water pressure. The list goes on... A property manager which can't provide the basics, such as adequate heat and water, should not be providing homes to people. It won't surprise me if the building falls down from water damage...the neglect is that bad...if you take a tour here, just ask to see the laundry rooms on the west end - the ceiling in one is molding through from the leaky laundry room above where the floor isn't properly sealed - this will give you an idea of how little they care. Also, don't expect to get an open-concept unit like you see in the pictures they advertise - the unit we got was nowhere near as nice. If the Bayview location is all that matters to you, there are much nicer rentals in the area.

Do not rent here or you will regret it for the rest of your life, not clean and wall are unpainted all over even the hallways look terrible
