Victor Herrera was exceptionally kind and truly warm-hearted. He went above and beyond to help me, fixing my wheelchair on multiple occasions with great care and skill. He was always punctual, reliable, and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. His professionalism and friendly attitude made each visit a positive experience. I’m very grateful for his excellent work and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of wheelchair repairs or related services.

From the first phone call until getting measured and fitted for a wheelchair. Everything so far has gone so smoothly. They make you feel comfortable and explain everything so the process goes quickly and smoothly

Jorge recently saw my brother and he was amazing, very patient, understanding, and compassionate throughout the entire experience. The nurse who joined on FaceTime was wonderful as well. We truly appreciated the care, support and attention they both provided.

Driver / technician was on time and very helpful. He knew exactly what was wrong with my chair and had it fixed in a jiffy. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. A+

Getting the appointment setup was a little bit more difficult. I wish that each person there had their own extension just so that I could speak with the same person every time instead of having to go through all of my problems with anew person each time. It would be much more convenient. Other than that I have no complaints.

Charlie showed up right on time and was very professional. He and Heather worked together to determine the exact right gait trainer that would meet my son's needs. Very pleased with the fast and efficient service we received from Belkys too.
