have been using a wheelchair for 36 years, and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a wheelchair company.

The biggest problem is the complete lack of communication between departments. Before the sale, communication was great and I was told what I needed to hear. But once the sale was completed, getting customer service and repairs to actually follow through has been like pulling teeth.

Customer service doesn’t seem to know what the repair department is doing. The repair department doesn’t seem to know who ordered the parts. Management appears to have little understanding of what is happening with my repair. Meanwhile, the customer is left chasing everyone for answers.

I have now been trying to get the correct parts for my repair for more than three months. I was told that all the necessary parts were available, and I personally verified the parts three separate times within the month. When the technician finally came to my home, none of the parts were correct, making the service call essentially pointless.

Three months is an unreasonable amount of time to wait for a repair, especially when the problem could have been avoided with basic communication and attention to detail.

I am asking this company to stop passing me from department to department and take ownership of the problem. I need someone in management to review my repair, confirm exactly what parts are required, confirm that the correct parts have actually been ordered and received, and provide me with a realistic timeline for completing the repair.

After 36 years of using wheelchairs, I know that repairs and parts can sometimes take time. What is unacceptable is the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through throughout this process.

Based on this experience, I will never purchase another wheelchair from this company. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and uses it to fix these communication and service problems for future customers.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, genuinely cared about finding the best solution for my father. He took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure the equipment would meet my father’s specific needs. So far so good. We just got measured yesterday and he gave us some great ideas for our home and the best options for our chair. Hopefully ordering and delivery will be just as smooth. Top notch service!

Aimee Tolar and Jasmine Vielmetti were the kindest ladies! They were very thorough and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They lent me a rental even that fits me better than the big heavy generic ones. They were able to answer many questions and listened to my needs unlike the Dr's, nurses and other vendors. I recommend Numotion to anyone who needs a custom fit wheelchair or electric wheelchair!! These are your people!!! I wish I could give them 10 stars 🌟!
