From start to finish Paramount made getting my fence so easy. The permit, the scheduling the communication and the install all went off without a hitch. The office employees were ready to answer all my questions and the project manager made sure all my concerns were addressed before the install. Even the crew made sure my yard and driveway were cleaner after install than before. Would recommend to any and everyone! Thanks Paramount team.

The whole process from picking out materials and the measurements for the quote was very easy.

They came to my house with their showroom van containing samples as well as catalogs. They measured my property and provided itemized quote for tear down of current fences, permits, the new vinyl fence, aluminum fence and gates. Their 3-phase payment plan fit my budget well. The BuilderTREND app kept me informed of each step and timelines.

The crew delivering the materials and picking up the waste materials was careful of my property as well as my neighbors'.

The installation crew was fabulous! They tore down my 40 year-old wood fence and a chain link dog pen in the scorching heat. They consulted with me the whole time they assembled the sections of each fence and asked which way I wanted the gates to swing.

For weeks after installation, neighbors and passers-by complimented on the beauty of the fences and asked the name of the company.

A recent storm brought down a large tree limb that landed on a section of the aluminum fence. I called Paramount to get a quote for replacement and again the process was easy. The repairs were completed and my dogs are once again secure in my yard.

What an amazing and professional job from top to bottom from Paramount. Thank you so much, we love our new fence! Everyone was so professional from Emma assisting me when I called to Greg who came out and took his time to explain the process. Kaylee was fantastic with step by step getting the install setup and Keegin and his crew were great! Thank you everyone, I definitely will be recommending Paramount,

We are impressed with Paramount Fence's professionalism from sales through installation. the project manager kept us informed of the progress of getting the permit and scheduling the work and the crew was prompt and efficient. The fence is a great addition to our home. Our only small suggestion is that it would be helpful to be able to reach the contact people by phone without having to leave a message and wait for a call back, especially because it is not possible to reply to their emails.

To be honest, my experience with this company had two very different sides.

In the beginning, working with Dawn was truly a pleasure. She was very helpful, professional, and made sure all the details regarding the fence project were clearly explained. Paramount also offers an app, which was great for receiving updates and information throughout the process.
However, after the bill was paid and the fence was installed, the customer service became extremely disappointing. Aside from receiving the final invoice, there was no follow-up communication regarding the installation, no assistance with issues, no phone calls, and no updates through the app. It felt like we were completely left in the dark.
The installation crew did a great job overall, although there were a few minor issues that were missed. Unfortunately, the lack of communication and poor post-installation customer service made dealing with this company very frustrating. (Read the reviews here very carefully.)
